Revenue Cycle
Revenue Cycle Management is the life blood of any practice. Effective patient registration, insurance and benefit verification, charge capture, and claims processing are essential to maintaining practice viability.
To help improve any process, we will begin by assessing where you are now, where you should be, and setting realistic collection goals based upon volume and payer. A Physician Fee Schedule Analysis or Chargemaster review and Utilization Analysis are included in our Revenue Cycle Assessment projects.
Management and Governance
Organizational governance in a medical practice consists of developing long term strategies and the strategic direction of the organization. It involves the ability to facilitate the corporate legal structure, define policy and define the practice's culture.
We can assist with the structuring, recruiting, training and informing Management, Board of Directors and governing committees and help integrate the organization's strategic plan into corporate mission, vision and culture. Services are typically established on a monthly or quarterly schedule.
